3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, and attach the RA number.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee that the item will be available for exchange, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at admin@krilox.xyz. We will provide a return label at no cost and process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
